If Hatton loses to Paulie it wont be happening. If Hatton loses he is finished.

Pac not fighting is to stop any mishaps happening also (if Hatton-Pac is strongly on the cards, that is). Barring Oscar, Hatton is Pac's biggest money fight

I think PAC won't mind fighting a boxer coming from a loss. He has done it already many times in the past. Anyway Hatton has 6 months to prepare for PAC.
