Obviously you've read that eating poo is extremely unhiegenic and possibly deadly if the poo is left out to long before eating..

At least you realise your days are number with this particular hobby, and you are celebrating poo to it's fullest while you're still alive and free from some rare gangreeness african shit disease caught from eating shit that has been left in the open to rot for to long...
