Good luck in October. I was 33 when I had my first amatuer fight, and had only been in the gym for about 3 months. Wish I had the time to stay in it, trying to get back into it now.
Good to hear I'm not the only late starter. I have the body of a 20 year old though

When I started boxing I was a fat slob, almost 50 pounds heavier than I am now. At the moment I am a 5'9" light welter, perhaps I can even get down to lightweight.
Dont sweat it,Ive got a fighter who didnt even start until 35
3 Pro fights and a Toughman Championship later..............
