    Glad I'm not the only one! I feel a bit less nutty now - and with me every little bit of sanity counts

    Yeah sort of like mental conditioning I'm guessing, our whole lives we've been taught that eating food is what we need to get rid of hunger. I've heard some obese people confuse thirst with hunger, a reason for there over eating.

    I think I do that sometimes too!

    Luckily i've managed to get away with it so far -
    I wonder if that has anything to do with what i've read about people who have a higher percentage of water being less overweight on average.

    Might also be part of why caffiene is not really recommened too? too much coffee (a huge vice for me) equals less water and more false hunger?

    Or is that reaching a bit!
