Emanuel Augustus formerly known as Emanuel Burton = one of my favorite ATHLETES to watch = the hardest fight of Floyd Mayweather's career (according to Pretty Boy Floydd himself).

If you've watched him, anything is possible with this guy. Depends on which Drunken Master shows up . . . the yellow belt or the black belt.

Augustus could be succesful at 140.
He could beat Malignaggi, Bradley and Torres.
An in form Hatton beats him mind, Holt may or may not beat him.

If Hatton retires I don't think there's anyone that could beat Augustus at 140.

I agree, although Holt could be good.

The beauty of watching Augustus fight is that he makes fights entertaining, I agree that a fight with Holt would be good, but Augustus IMO is a level above.

Augustus is indeed a level above and perhaps I'm overrating Holts potential.

But I do think that Kendall can develop and become quite a good champion, although at the mo, Augustus would dominate him.

You are right on the point that I am considering current skill set, Holt does have the potential to improve, which would change the equation entirely.

I believe he's shot now.Yes a crazy style that would confuse inexpierenced fighters, but at the top I don't think he could beat anyone now at 140. After his fight with Raiymkulov I thought he'd retire.

Floyd Mayweather said that before he fought Jesus Chavez Jose Luis Castillo etc..........

It wasn't really tough fight Floyd Mayweather dominated him except for one punch that broke Floyd Mayweather's nose but other than that Floyd Mayweather controlled Emanuel Burton quite easily........

But Emanuel Burton's fight with Micky Ward was a classic and was even better than Arturo Gatti vs Micky Ward 1 the last round was incredible Micky Ward threw over 170 punches thats just insane.

I don't want to upset the Augustus love thread.. but maybe he should have been banned from boxing for taking that blatant dive against Allen Vester
    3-Time SADDO PREDICTION COMP CHAMPION.
