Irony,I dont know who called in whose volume was up,that complained that Andrew didnt jab or move side to side.
The first lesson I gave him was a jab,and throwing it correctly,and he got seriously barked at about not moving to the sides.
The thing the caller missed,I saw,I also barked at him about staying the hell out of the corner
Actually Andrew will tell you himself,Im up his butt about everything,his diet,his cardio,his technique,his equipment,every aspect of the game.

The Brainpad mouthpiece,has a breathing channel,and is a double sided mouthpiece,I swear by the things,its like what Holyfield uses.

We've taught him blocking,and countering off the block,next on his agenda is proper slipping,not the over extended weave he's been doing.
The two times he got seriously dropped against Dumas,were timed,Dumas just timed him out

3 miles at a minimum,sometimes he goes way further,but Ive put a ton of cardio work in to his agenda to pump the whole body,not just slimming his legs. Lets face it Andrew needs to trim and bulk the upper body as well,Ive been on him about the waist tire.So he needs to get that upper body bulked not flabby.
