I'm done talking with you. There comes a time when a boxer has to hang the gloves up. No fighter ever wants to or is willing to face that dark reality. It then comes down to the responsibility of those that surround him to make that happen, especially if the local licensing board is too f*cking dumb to realize it themselves.

I don't know what im talking about ? i think you need to get your head out of your ass i come from boxing family my grandad's brother beat an olympic gold medalist Terry Spinks and most of my family were good Amateur fighters and i am also an Amateur fighter to be honest i was just voicing my opinion you do what you like i don't really like you or your trainer much i was just offering some advice but you won't listen because you have been brainwashed and i hate to say this but you might learn the hard way when you have a life long injury.

Before I get painted as a complete a hole and before I start replying to you ICB, let’s clear a few things up. I strongly believe in Freedom of Choice, the right if you must, to choose what happens in my life and the right of others to do the same thing (good or bad) There only a few things in life that get my nose out of shape and this happens to be one of them.

Now having said that, let me go on. I can understand why Andrew has decided to get in the ring and fight. It dosn't mean that I agree with it, but I understand the "Why" of it and as I said before "I have seen worst fighters than him" with some having shorter records and some having longer records.

On a personal level, I think he should stop fighting, "if" he can not get decent training. But if he can and his skills improve, then who am I to stand in his way. Nobody is forcing me to watch his fights and as I have already said in another thread, I won't watch any of his fightss if he stays at this level of skill.

He maybe a "hillbilly" and all the rest of the things people on here are calling him. (He has his own Radio Station, which members from Boston and Texas have called into ) However it is his choice to do so (fighting) and for that alone I think he deserves some respect.

Most of the members on here are looking at Andrew in one "light", as a "Pro", in reality he no more than a street fight that has been given a ticket to fight in the square circle and most people are more outraged that it has been "allowed" to happen. Well granted he is no RJJr, FMJ, Ricky Hatton or any of the rest of the better fighters out there, But he is also not (AFAIK) not a thief, a junkie, a murderer or an abuser of animals. In fact Kimbo Slice is not even in their league but don’t hear to many people saying he quit either.

Ghost i normally agree with your points but i disagree with you this time i haven't exactly got alot of money since my dad passed away its me my girl my mom and few other family members money wise but we still manage

I see you live in the UK, ICB where medical services are for the main part free as it is here in OZ. In the states a 4 hour visit to the hospital emergency room can cost around $6 grand and if you only take home around $200 a week. Any extra income is always welcome.

Where is the outrage, where is the calling for him to be banned from fighting? Why is he showed more respect than a kid who is trying to feed and take care of his family by fighting? Because his level of skill and training is better or because he has more wins? It is a wonder.

The fact is Andrew Hartley has no Amateur fights and he has just gone into the pro game with no experience or no skills and despite what SOB has said i don't believe for a second that Andrew Hartley has been training seriously at all and they have probably just learned him few basics and thats it but you need alot more than that especially in the pro game and all that keeps happening is him getting KO'ed and next time he gets KO'ed he may be seriously injured for life then tell me how he could earn money ?

From what I understand, he is fighting in “trailer park” venues. Places people like you and me would more than likely never go to. (It is not the MSG) Boxing history has plenty of fighters who have never fought as an Amateur and became a Pro. Some good, some bad. “IF” and that is a BIG if he got the proper training, who knows how good he could be. We already know how he currently is.

I do Amateur boxing and I’ve had a few Amateur fights but before I was even allowed to fight I had to prove to my trainers I could handle myself and my trainers do actually care for my health where as these guys here like Trainer Monkey and this SOB are feeding Andrew Hartley alot of BS and thats the reason he won't try anything else to earn money or etc because people like this are brainwashing him..............

I have seen some AM boxers who had the best trainers in their area, who were/are crud. I think you along with a few other members don’t understand what TM is trying do. He is trying to keep Andrew from getting hurt. Andrew never had a trainer before TM stepped in. And I would like to think, that if TM does think he is ready for his next fight, with loads of improvement, he will put a stop to it. He has only been working with him a short while, give the man a break will ya. If he does not think Andrew should fight but allows it to go ahead and Andrew gets hurts, roast him alive. Till then I will wait and see.

Sorry but i don't agree with this at all and he is being used because he isn't a good fighter so people can take piss out of him online so SOB gets famous online i love boxing and i love competing in it but this is just plain wrong.

I am for the most part, just a fan of the sport of Boxing, but I have been behind the scene and know more than I talk about on here or will talk about on here or anywhere else. If Andrew or Stacy had never shown up on this forum, this topic would have died long ago and people would have just moved on. But because it has been brought out in to the light, there is an outcry for it to stop. Won’t happen. There are a lot worst venues out there, that do a lot worst things to people than what these two are doing. (Assuming they are doing things wrong)

You may not agree with what I have said (or you may) but it is my thoughts on the matter at hand.

Just like I told Andrew on his "radio show"; good luck to him and I would never tell someone what they should or shouldn't do in life; it's their life and as long as it is in the bounds of the law so be it.

I think the state of Arkansas should take the heat if there are moral questions that need to be addressed about some of these guys fighting; otherwise there are no bounds being crossed.

Do I think Andrew should be in the ring? Who cares what I think? It's obvious he sucks; but he likes it and gives him a sense of pride and accomplishment, so more power to him. He will keep getting punched around and if he thinks his health isn't in danger then he obviously loves boxing enough to keep doing it.

The couple of issues I have with it stem from people implying he is feeding his family from boxing. He told everyone on here he has his own roofing company; so I would think that's a pretty secure job and surely risking his health for a little extra $$$ is ludicrous, unless his business is as bad as his skills in the ring.

Also, he admitted on his show he was lazy about training, it was too far to the gym, and he was very busy with other things in life to be fully commited to boxing. So why risk it if you lack the desire to train properly?

But like I said; I couldn't care less what he does, or what may happen to him in the ring. It's like people telling me I'm stupid to keep venomous snakes in my house; as I could die. So? Maybe I am stupid, but I love it and I am well prepared to take that chance; and I guess Kid Thunder sees the benefits of boxing as being worth taking risks as well. Good for him; best of luck, but quit making threads about how you're going to beat the sh#t out of someone when your record is 3-16 or whatever, no one on here cares and it is taken and treated more as a B-movie of the week than relevant "boxing".
