Don't talk about moving up, do it! He claims he will fight anyone from 147 to 168 saying it and doing it are two different things. No one wants to phuk with Williams at 147 and he should move up and maybe even call out Mora Paul needs to stay active and then come back down and find Margarito again. I believe Paul will call out Tony once again. It does seem odd that Tony does not mention Paul's name in any of his conversations about upcoming fights. Most feared vs most feared.
