to be honest with me its just the snacking when im hungry in between meals i can get a bit unhealthy, i do tend to eat fruit etc but sometimes to many crisps etc
will have to try it, been having a raisins dried apricots and seeds recently not the nicest tasting things tho
Unsalted peanuts and sultana's is a favourite of mine, but yeah sometimes (especially when studying) i'll have some biscuits. Just means you have to work a lot harder in the gym though![]()
