Probably. Lacy was hyped up really by the American press stating he was better than he actually was. I fell into that trap too.

But Pascal has accomplished absolutely nothing, aside from getting dropped by Pittman. Sheika, Reid, Tsypko, and even Manfredo Jr. are way better fighters than anyone Pascal has ever faced.

Lacy has fought the better names. But is just too one-dimensional.

I'm not saying Lacy is anything overly special at the moment (that opinion could change depending on the JT fight), but Pascal has done nothing that would indicate he's even in Lacy's class, let alone better than him. Based on accomplishments, which is all I can really go by, Lacy is miles ahead of Pascal.
