Mosley can go toe to toe with any of the welterweights, he struggles when he goes upto light middle and always has. I think he feels he has a good chance of doing what Cotto couldnt and box for the full 12 rounds without gasing. As much as I love Mosley though Margarito maybe too much for him at this stage in his career but then again Mosley has never been a fighter who ducks a challenge.

I agree with what you're saying, I am a fan of Mosley's, but he didn't look his best against Mayorga, and Margarito is a whole different ballgame. I don't know if Mosley will be able to keep Margarito off of him for 12 rounds, and I know Mosley has a tough chin, but I think that chin, and his body is going to be severly tested. At his age, how well is he going to be able to withstand it, will be the question.

I think it will still be a very decent fight. Mosley had issues with a pretty pumped up Mayorga and still came away with the KO. 154 is not Mosleys weight at all. Margarito is a different fighter completely and it will be at 147. Styles make fights and I think this is an intriguing mix.

Mosley would only be able to win this fight if he would box and run the whole fight. He definitely should not engage Margarito at all costs but the thing with Mosley is, he can't help trading. He loves to fight!

Its a very tough ask but I dont think its to unlikely that Mosley could win a UD if hes smart and actually boxes enough rounds without throwing for the fences, then finishes strong. I see a stoppage either way as almost completely out of the question saving for cuts.

Mosley is gonna get destroyed in this fight, I think Margarito can actually stop him. My issue is that I think this would have been more competitive years ago, but Mosley's workrate is way too low nowadays to make this competitive.

I like Mosley, but this is a bad career move IMO, I at least hope he gets compensated well.
For every story told that divides us, I believe there are a thousand untold that unite us.
