Thanks all.. I'm taking everyone's advice... Healthy body, healthy mind - So i'm going to do a bit of exercise and try to eat better over the next few weeks. There has been times in the past where I have been regularly exercising and i've felt great all round.
I'm also going to listen to RSD blueprint again. I just started listening to it today, and remembered my blog I wrote a few months back about not being phased by a girls reality or looks etc. So I went back and read that and that gave me a bit of a boost. Because I have a really bad tendency to put girls on pedestals when most probably havn't earned half the credit and adoration I give them.
I've also decided to really take small steps. I've got all the pickup theory and structure in my head, but I think i'm just going to try to forget about all that. At least at the start and the first few days. My first day will just be about walking up to girls and opening my mouth. I'm not going to worry about trying to impress them or keep them in a conversation or anything. Just getting a girls attention a few times during that day will be a big step forward.
Once I get past a day, and have found that I can get a girls attention on me without her running off in terror, then i'll look at ways of keeping her interest for 10 more seconds etc...
I'm starting to get a little excited about it now.... There is this super super super hot red head girl at my work that I see every day, and she is extremely inspiring to me wanting to get out and have a chance at meeting girls like this..
