If you watch the EPL (the best league in the world obv)its not unusual that you would choose a team to root for just like any other sport regardless of where u live.
For example im from Ontario Canada, we have no NFL teams so i chose to root for the Oakland Raiders, same with NBA (we have a team now but when i started watching we didnt) i root for the Chicago Bulls.

Liverpool 1 Chelsea 0
Not too bad for a one man team. Especially when that one man wasnt even playing. :P

Good result for Liverpool.
But what a result for Everton yesterday. 2nd half the atmosphere and the way we played was incredible. I nearly fell down the stairs in the Stadium when we scored. It was wild.
It's awesome when you have a season ticket (2nd row from the front) in the Premier League. Can't beat it. Every week going to watch top quality stuff.

LOL @ you lefty.
Liverpool (without Torres and Skrtel) beats Chelsea (the first time they lost at home in 4 years) and you think Everton tieing Man United is a better result.![]()

.....I should support an MLS team![]()
The way I see it the Premier League is THE soccer/football league much like the NFL is THE football league and MLB is THE baseball league and the NBA is THE basketball league.
The best of the best play in England (though most aren't actually English) and Liverpool is my team, it's the team I've been watching and following for years. I have been a Boston Red Sox fan my entire life and only this summer was I lucky enough to go to Fenway to see a couple games live in person...if that's the reason you're asking then I must tell you I intend on eventually going to Liverpool and seeing a match live and in person...if that makes me somehow more qualified to be a fan of Liverpool.
If however you persist (much as leftylee did) and question my fanhood, then I must question why the fuck so many foreigners are cheering for Obama![]()
