I'll say it again, best sport on the planet and so little exposure. ESPN could make boxing bigger and better and should really have it year round; but I guess that lazy boy poker, athlete's foot spreading bowling and moronic fuel wasting nascar are better to showcase![]()
Hey, I know, let's show more GOLF![]()

Damn it, this really does suck, the money that they are saving from cancelling WNF, is NOT going into FNF!!!
This appeared in Dan Rafeal's notebook today.
• After airing for eight seasons on ESPN2 -- the first six as "Tuesday Night Fights" and the past two as "Wednesday Night Fights" -- ESPN has pulled the plug on the midweek live boxing series that ran during the spring and summer. The reasons: weak ratings and a money crunch at the network that also saw it cut coverage of most of next year's spring training baseball games. The money saved by cancelling "WNF" will not be pumped into "Friday Night Fights," which returns for its 11th season Jan. 9, instead of the originally scheduled Jan. 2.
thumbs down
You cover the WNBA and the other day they had pool on, and it wasn't even real pool, it was speed pool with these douchebags running around the table real quick so they could hit their next shot as fast as they could all in an attempt to win like hundreds of dollars.
Boo.
violently quick mood swing-less Teddy
Still sucks but oh well
In all seriousness though, that sucks that they're not putting more money in to FNF. Pure suckage.
