    I didn't read the whole thread, so sorry if this has been discussed, but how did Peter get it into his head that it was a good idea to box from the outside? I'm not saying he would have won otherwise, but that fight plan gave him almost zero chance of winning!

    They kept yelling "jab" and "don't wait". Jab yes, but as a way in, so you can make it a physical/awkward brawl. Made no sense to me...

    I think he tried to get inside but he is way too slow footwork wise, and pretty much too slow in all areas.

    Dawson's performance was exactly what i expected from him.

    He fought a smart fight.....outboxed and outworked Tarver throwing dazzling combos that didn't always land but were eye catching to the judges and kept Tarver at bay.

    He also showed improved defense, Tarver didn't really land much at all.
