I think the answer is he's been good at being a complete fucking prick.

You and Kid Thunder have put a lot of time and effort into this, with Andrew even finding a venue for him, and then he does this.

Andrew probably can't afford to not get the money and the prick pulls this one. Surely if Kid Thunder wants to continue then he needs to find a new promoter.
