same as if he is training for a fight ..........but he can let his weight go up a little
No way man,
Most pros would do decent workouts 3-4 times a week when not fighting instead of everyday of intense comign up to a fight.
plus they dont have to watch their weight.
It would be foolish to stop training all together between fights or keeping up the same level of intensity.
