Im in pretty reasonable shape, but I do have a crap diet and have gone on too many benders over the years. I do a few km on my exercise bike and lift a few weights everyday. Nothing much though.
Oh, and I use a strawberry lip balm.![]()

Also a good tip for Clubber or anyone that works out in this way, you can use different lubrication's for different resistance levels.. KY obviously to train for explosive speed and flexibility. A nice thick moisturizer if you want to train more for muscle building. Or no lube at all if you want forearms that look like calves...

i gotta membership at golds gym. i try to make it atleast twice a week. but with school and work and my girl. there is just not enough time anymore. i just try not to eat alot of fastfood to not get real fat.

Being serious though i do have a chin up bar on my bedroom doorway, i have a cross trainer in the living room. I have dumbells and a barbell in my shed, along with a bench. I also got a stand outside near my garden, where i can put a speedbag up aswell as a heavy bag.
So i don't really need to go to gym often because i got most things at home. Although i do go sometimes and i also obviously go to my boxing gym 2/3 days a week.
