No, I don't completely agree. Pavlik's problem wasn't that he was fighting above 160, Pavlik's problem was that he was in the ring with a defensive master who gave him all types of angles and confused the hell out of him.

If Pavlik were fighting a stationary 168 or 170 pounder who stood right in front of him, he could have success.
