How does a pro train when there currently is no fight coming up? How many rounds of bagwork, shadowboxing, sparring, etc.?? (How long do the rounds last, also)
same as if he is training for a fight ..........but he can let his weight go up a little
you can't keep the same intensity that you would if you where training for a fight going for long, a month... maybe two max before you'd burn out.

Outside of fights boxers keep active but don't train as frequently or as intensly as when they are preparing for a bout, thats what camps are for... its called periodization.

Vodka, as for how many rounds they do on a bag etc, every thletes training is specific to their sport, their style and their body and current fitness level.
I train the same year round and woop ass
