That fight helped Calzaghe's credentials for sure, but it also didn't because IMO it shows that Hopkins prime for prime was the better man, and this fight will be meaningless as well because of Roy even looks half decent IMO will show he would be the better man prime for prime, and if Roy wins then Calzaghe looks like a fool, which also doesn't give him due credit because he is a good fighter, but in terms of all time greatness he is more on Mosley or Dela HOya's level.

Hey man... You won the gay-off be proud.

All this prime for prime talk... It's a moot point... They were both different fighters in the beginning of their primes... TOTALLY different style for sure with Calzaghe cracking more and not slapping pitty pat flurries to astound the judges and Hopkins being a more agressive fighter who was a good finisher(Course Hop looked like his old self this fight).

Stating Hopkins is 43 is also moot at this point. We all know that a boxer is only as old as the amount of punishment he has sustained over the course of his or her career. Hopkins is not an "old" fighter and shouldn't be looked at that way as that was dispelled and blatantly apparent in this fight...

I think we'll have to agree to disagree.
