WEED. one of my favorite things i love to do i couldnt do it for a year and a half. but im only 1 month away

yea. i got a year and a half probation 70 hrs of community service (which was pretty fun) and a shit load of fines and had to pay for probation.

Decriminalized not legalized... It's still against the law but only civil charges will be asessed rather then a criminal charge...

I voted for the decriminalization of weed, to keep the income tax(cuz mad shit would get cut without it) and to keep the dog parks but that got shot down...

Well yes... Like before if you got caught with a quarter and were over 18, bang... you now have a criminal record which could hamper your ability to get a good job or get into the school you want...

With decriminalization what happens is you basically get asessed fines that you pay like a speeding ticket but it doesn't go on your record... Hence the de[criminal]ization... You are nolonger seen as a criminal in the eyes of the law...
