RP33 - this is Canada. I think legal is like 14. For sure 16. I just know my sister was dating an older dude at age 14 and my dad wanted it to stop, but was nothing he could do. Well, not nothing..I think he had a talk with the guy and the guy was never seen or heard from again or something. haha I know for sure we never saw him around any more.
