That should supply all your needs, I highly recommend burpees and split jumps for your legs.

Running strengthens legs. Also lots and lots of shadow boxing, force yourself to shadowbox the full 2 minutes of each round with the little bend in the legs required while punching properly.

burpees (we call them up-downs) are definitely good.
but, this website tells you everything.
Knee Pain Exercises
Quad Strengthening Knee Dips:
Stand with knees slightly flexed. Point your toes straight ahead.
Make sure your kneecaps are also pointed straight ahead.
Lift one leg up and balance on the other leg. Slowly lower yourself up and down ONLY a few inches. Keep the knee of the leg you are balancing on slightly flexed. Your knees must remain pointing straight forward. Do not let them turn inward. Stand straight, do not lean you body to one side. Do 10 dips. Switch sides.
If you feel pain in your knees, start with fewer dips.
Quad Strengthening Partial Squats:
Double leg partial squat: Stand. Keep Back Upright. Knees pointing straight ahead - inline with feet and hips. Slowly lower yourself. Don't bend your knees beyond a 90-degree angle, if 90 degrees is too difficult bend even less.
ESPECIALLY - the partial squats. these are body weight exercises- work up to using weights.

"...went 12 rounds with Ali, and never took a backwards step."
, Its a system I devised over many years. Everyone who has tried it says This Is The System so I called it TITS, I think Sharla did some off it, but has been sworn to keep it a secret.

try getting obiwan scrap to give ya something, but be forewarned a tight lipped one is he. go with hfarenheits info and also salty's stuff thats my recomendation although i would add a wobble board, try to balance for 4 min, and just restart when you fall.as it gets easier bend the kness and it will be hard again. also stand on one of those odd disc things the aerobic folks use and throw a medicine ball at a wall and catch it as it rebounds...oh yeah do this one legged, all this will not make you have huge quads, but tiny little muscles you forgot about, they will get worked and this will help minimize injury...also check out the book training for warriors by martin rooney, geared towards mma, but will help boxers as well unles u feel that balance, anerobic development and such is useles to you...lol
This might be of interest, Muscles can be strengthened 100% without enlarging them.![]()
