Can't help it but notice how BADLY you want to predict an upset.
The thing with trying to predict an upset is the HARDER you try (and believe me my god are you trying) the harder it'll be for you to actually get it right for once.

It also becomes clear to see you don't follow or haven't followed boxing for too long.
There is no way I can see Marquez go the distance and even more so him winning.
If ANYONE looks like their drained in tha pic. it's Marquez.
Too many miles in that car and far too many signs of wear and tare in the face.
Chances are the second AA connects solid shots he'll cut Marquez open.
Marquez eyebrows pretty much cut when they catch wind of a punch.
He's def. a warrior and if it's one thing I'm certain is that he's gonna fight his ass off. The guy was fucken talented in his prime, he had really good hand speed to go with some outstanding combinations. I just think the younger and physically stronger lion here will beat him.

Abraham is going to wreck Marquez.

Ha ha ha come on Mick, that pic was last October 3 (see the date of my post). It's very clear in my post that I picked Marquez coz AA looked too drained. If AA was not able to invent some illness and didn't pull out from that original schedule, I think there's a very big chance my prediction in that original schedule will come true...

Now for the most recent weigh-in conducted November 7...

AA looks better but look at Raul, he looks like he's in the very best physical condition (looks like prime)... I'm still picking Raul to upset AA... Like what you said, the guy is fucken talented...

Even in his 'Prime', Marquez took substantial damage fight to fight. The man is all heart and fortitude.......and scar tissue. He will go out on his shield,Abrahams in form will be effective and looking to bigger things.I hope Marquez finds a brick but just do not see it at all

This has been the year of the upsets, but Abraham is just so strong I cannot see it happening.

Raul is a great guy and I hope he makes a good fight out of it.

Unbeaten IBF middleweight champion "King" Arthur Abraham (28-0, 23 KOs) punished then stopped mandatory challenger Raul "El Diamante" Marquez (41-4-1, 29 KOs) on Saturday night at the Jako Arena, Bamberg, Germany. After some close early rounds, Abraham began to connect with hard shots in round three. Marquez landed some good body shots in the fourth, but the champion inflicted damage at the end of the round and controlled the bout thereafter. After taking heavy bombardment to the body from Abraham in round six, Marquez quit on his stool. "He was very tough," said Abraham. "He's a very good boxer, but we're also not bad. I don't understand it. He gave up too early. I am sad about that. I wanted to step on the gas from the sixth round, but unfortunately it didn't work. He disappointed the audience.....I'm ready to box against Felix Sturm!" A disappointed Marquez stated, "I tried, but he was very fast and each shot was precise. When the cut happened, I simply couldn't continue. I could see I was going to lose. He's a strong champion and there was nothing I could do. It was also self-preservation. I have children, a family and I'm a commentator. I have a future." It was the eighth successful defense by Abraham, who may have suffered a rib injury in the bout.

The only thing AA did wrong in this fight was making his ring walk a "Rock Musical"
For every story told that divides us, I believe there are a thousand untold that unite us.
