Look i think that Vic Darchinyan should be there but not David Haye he has not beaten better fighters the Paul Williams has and never avenged his lose either I can say that Chad Dawson may be ahead of Paul Williams but there competion not that much better it is only the tenth spot so it is very open for anyone tell you the truth.
