What does having Lennox in my sig have to do with anything?......Lennox is an ATG...One of the top 5 HWTS ever.....But Lennox is not here is he?....
Nope just checked boxrec and nothing schedualed...Nothing on his website about a possible return.....
Get with it man...we have to deal with what we have...out of our current choices Wlad is the one...Vitaly has just returned and IMO the better fighter hands down but again he has just returned and I will wait to see if he really plans to stay around before getting too excited.....
Wlad can be a bit boring at times but he is improving...He is only 32...Lennox did not reach his max potential until he was 33-34....He has his good points about him....There have been worse

I find it amusing that the Lennox Lewis supporters hate Wlad when they are basically similar styles of fighters. If Lewis is Ali then Wlad is Larry Holmes.....Wlad is the Rodney Dangerfield of heavyweight fighters, he gets no respect.

OK allow me to explain
#1: Manny Steward, trainer of both fighters
#2 Lennox Lewis was also considered EXTREMELY boring (only by the Tyson fans).
#3 I compared Lewis to Ali and Wlad to Holmes because Ali and Holmes had quasi-similar styles (as do Lewis and Wlad) and Ali overshaddowed Holmes' whole career and it seems as though Lewis will do the same to Wlad.
I think Wladimir can still be an all-time great fighter he's 31/32 and can prove a lot before he retires, he's already won 51 fights, 45 by KO he has fought enough people to where you know he has the skill to be great, sure he has been KO'd 3 times but hell there have been other greats who have been KO'd more times than that and it's not held against them.
I am of the opinion that "You don't know what you have until it's gone" and if Wlad retired tomorrow the heavyweight division (even WITH Vitali) would be in a bigger state of suck.
