If Wlad or Vitali was able to consolidate all the belts then it would make sense but right now Lennox should just stay out of harm's way. Vitali and/or Wladimir COULD hurt him badly and everyone knows this. Sure people will heavily favor Lennox but didn't people also heavily favor Tyson when he fought Lennox?
