    considering everything that has been said, newbs tend to throw punches in isolation rather than combinations with rhythm and fluidity. ie, they think in terms of 1...2...3...4.... rather than 1-2-3-4. when you learn wherein lies the tradeoff, you'll be fine.

    Except its got to be arythmic, If you allow yourself to get in to rythms you become timeable
