If Ricky goes back to his body shot style that was seemingly non existant against Paulie he would stand more of a chance.

    Get it done.
I'm very sorry but you r logic in you comment above is very moronic, with no disrespect. Margarito's ability is his chin at 147. Do you think Hatton ccould take Margarito's punch while Hatton couldn't even take Floy's punches.

"Moronic" may have been a little too kind.

I actually like that fight on styles too, it would be a spoiler match or a two fused bomb going off.
Mayweather can hit ok but added to it was Rickys one dimensional thinking that he was going to eventually catch him hard and Mayweather knew it as soon as the fight started and adjusted to the long haul, and he timed the night and Ricky and caught him coming towards him the whole time which wore him down until he was desperate and finished.
Margarritto couldnt do it like that I don't think. but like you say he definatley hits harder than Mayweather.

Still so did Tszyu and he took those all night long solid cause he knew that was going to be the deal all night long. Its a mode of fighting when your evenly matched to someone right from the start and that can form a war.

This can't be a serious post?! Could you imagine Margarito fighting someone who is coming right at him and is a way smaller man? Cotto has boxing ability and that's what made their fight so competitive. Hatton vs Margarito would be the end of Ricky Hatton.
