WHere I live, crack is very serious problem to be honest, in Vancouver it is even worse.

If crack (or heroin, or meth) are your thing, I suggest the downtown eastside. Nasty place, it has the highest rates of HIV/AIDS infection in all of North America I believe. I talked to a guy from NYC who said it was as rough as any part if NYC he had seen.
