But Ring magazine and any other organisation that are allowed to rate him would, so whos right?

hes might be world class in his own division. but not no more

but there are other fighters at 140 that he has never fought but Ndou thats it, theres atleast 4 fighters he could have fought but didnt so i wont call him world class until he beats some other fighters in his division thats if he can.
