He has foughten the second most competitive fight with MAyweather of FLoyd's career though going by rounds it should have been a landslide. He also beat Forbes nearly every round who is a very accomplished pro, and he ko'ed Mayorga in a way nobody else has.

As I look back, I am starting to think more and more Hagler was overrated. Most of his glory comes from beating natural ww's or even a lightweight in DUran's case, but his fight with Duran was very close, and he just had a better jaw then Hearns. Leonard made him look horrible whether he won or not. Besides that I don't consider his competition any stronger than Calzaghe's or Roy JOnes Jr's if not actually weaker. His most recognizable fae besides the other members of the fantastic four was Mugabi who imo turned out to be a joke against top level competition, Terry Norris KO'ed him, Gerland McClellan did as well in 1 round. All in all I think Hagler's career shows that back in the day a few good wins(not even good wins but fights against big name opponents) could consolidate your career where as now you need more than that.
Roberto Duran vs Marvin Hagler wasn't that close, thats a myth. Check out this thread i already answered your questions above.

I've watched the fight plenty of times it was very close.

I thought Marvin Hagler clearly won by atleast 3 or 4 rounds, Roberto Duran faded badly down the stretch and Marvin Hagler built up a good lead based on that.

Pac made Morales, Barrera, and Marquez look overrated. He's 5W 1L 1D with 3 KOs and 12 KDs combined against them. How could you call Pacquiao overrated? God I can't stand dumb people.

I would hardly say he made those three look overrated. He just had Barrera's number. Morales fought a perfect game plan in the first fight and beat him. The second Morales fight was competitive the whole way Pac just wore him out. The third fight was the most dominating of all the fight against the three.

Marquez vs Pacquiao could've gone either way each time so I don't think one had dominance over the other.

Either way. I get what you mean on your last two sentences.

I had it two or three rounds, either way over 15 rounds it different than over 12 rounds, also I don't just go by rounds. FOr the majority of the fight they were more or less even. Duran being at such a high weight, being older, being in more wars obviously played against him, but once again he was a natural lightweight.
