Miles i have seen almost every fight of Joe Calzaghe's and Manny Pacquiao's. And there isn't any fights of Joe Calzaghe's that match Manny Pacquiao vs Eric Morales 1 and 2/JMM 1 and 2.

Its just a matter of taste, Ice. I wasnt bringing Pac in anyway down, he's an exciting fighter. I just prefer the artistry that Calzaghe is able to produce.

Some tidbits from this Moono character:

    a) Pac "not even in the top 20"
(Later, after being severely wasted by saddo'ers, he changes his ranking of Pac to # 5. I imagine a little bit more of a beating and he would have put Pac closer to # 1.)

    b) Pacman is one-dimensional
(Famous battle cry of the boxing knowledge-challenged.)

    c) Pacman handpicked his guys (opponents)
(Wild, baseless accusations... another weapon of the boxing knowledge-challenged.)

    d) Even Hatton's achievements outshine Pacman's
(Oh, I don't know... IMO... Pac could get flattened by Oscar and still be head-and-shoulders above Hatton in achievements and in the p4p list.)

Dude... no wonder you're being torn a new one.

Respectfully I think I might have to agree Calzaghe is probably more Exciting then Pacquiao because he really brings it and hits the guys with bad intentions. Pacman lacks pop in the upper weights.

Who hits with bad intentions? Didn't Glen Johnson and Antonio Tarver stop this version of Jones? Did Cazlaghe? DId you see Pacquiao against David Diaz? Or against JMM? Or against Morales in fight 2 and 3.

Also people who say they like the artistry of Joe Calzaghe, he isnt' a boxing artist, he is almost as unorthodox and untechnical as Pacquiao, I think people are forgetting that Pacquiao is a very good technical boxer these days, he outboxed Barrera who came up almost even against JMM, and he didn't do that badly in the terms of boxing against JMM if you actually watch that fight closely, his defense has improved a lot, he doesn't just land that left cross anymore, you see a good jab, and that great short right hook.

All in all their styles remind me very much of one another, but except Joe goes for volume while Pacquiao throws a lot, but he throws bombs.

Joe has more art and style and skill then pacquiao and he hits way harder then pacquiao! joe just chose not to.

lol at pacquiao drops bombs at 122 yes.

it took him 9 rounds to knock out a wide open diaz not much power there and he threw his punches as hard as he could.

A guy who fights at 168-175 hits harder than a guy who at most should be fighting at 140. I'm astounded.
