    I've tried it both ways, as well as the learning experience of taking all the stuffing out and putting it back in. TM's idea of taking some of the stuffing out, shaking the bag a bit and flipping it upside down is most pain free and will save you from the cleaning up after.

    No freaking kidding,repacking a bag is bollocks,its just easier to make it a habit to pull the bag down when it isnt in use. On a really loose packed bag it isnt as much of an issue,but on a tight packed bag it most definitely is. They will get as hard as a rock around the body area if you dont rotate them a bit.
    Learned that one the hard way,as it were
