start pulling your weight and quit being such a dog fuker.

Secondly, don`t listen to me. I told my last boss to stick it up his ass and made fun of him in front of the whole place, staff and customers. He sorta deserved it, as was pulling a heavy on me, as likes to with most employees and in front of people...but yea, in hindsight...I prob. should have handled it differently.

Gotta admit, it felt good though. Pegged the bastard for what he was...a controlling and condescending prick who did things for pure self-gratification and often without logic and reason towards the working environment. Won`t look good on a resume...so, yea, best to consider such things before acting.

I have no idea what i would do Lee sorry i really can't give you any real advice. I haven't been in that situation before, but if it was me i don't know if i could control myself.

I would probably confront him about it and ask him what his god damn problem is, then he would probaby say something offensive. And i'd probably end up clumping him.

So confronting him isn't the solution because if he says something insulting to you. Are you going to be able to control yourself ? and what good would it do ?

I think Josh had the best advice just try and ignore him, or speak to someone at your work about it. And report him for harrassing you or ETC. Unfortunately Lee work is just like school.

You always get some knob head trying to make your life shitty, but you'll get through it mate any of my solutions above would be the best idea. Let us know how you get on.

Ive been to similar situation when i was still a jr. architect in our company. Some designers(5-15 years my senior) talk shit about my work behind my back. I heard all kinds of criticism, unprofessionalism and etc... you name it.. They do this childish act whenever the senior partners in the company entrusted me an important task.

10 years later, from being jr. architect, i am now part of the design consultant and them.. still there at the technical department which is under my department.. Now, all their work design comes to my office and needs my approval... i always play around not to approve their work... revenge time..

    Lesson...

DONT GO TO THEIR LEVEL(being an a**hole)... just go on with your business and do your best...

lefty, you are only 17 bro... time is in your side..

All great replies in here even the pay back ones.
    Josh is a wise fella.
I think ,to think of ways to get him back if you can see the humour in it, is fun and is a release from the tension of the situation and can stop you from banging his head on the floor.
They can be done if never caught.

You be real nice about it place your hand on his shoulder and try to be serious as you ask him If he is bi sexual or gay ,because the last guy who acted this way towards you ended up hitting on you .

There are ways to play with this to make him stop.
Chances are he grew up with his dad or his mum belittling him at every turn and he doest know any better.

You could voice that opinion once you reach his level at work and say that it actually stands out to everyone and that he should re think his approach to life.

    Truth is this prick has been bought up to be shallow and kept at a certain depth at the end of lifes pond;

So shallowthat he cant swim in the deep end or rise above anything on his own.
He is like those women you hear down the street that just spend their time hanging sh!t on other women cause its the only way left for them to feel they are above someone else.

Some uneducated people think if they can prove someone else wrong to another that they must be better!
    Its stealing thunder.

(happens out on our front page here all the time )

It is something that has them trapped in a spot in this life and at times for an eternity and they cant see it but you can.
So have fun with it bro...

On another note , ever found a pubic air in the bottom of your coffee cup?

Ever got into your car and thought fuk this is a low rider today what the fuu , ohh damn my tyres have been knived !$!$!$$$!!!

That said, vengence is a dish best eaten cold.

Remember if it comes to blows away from the work place ,dont forget to take their wallet and all possesions; you cant be working for nothing.

Ohh continually beaming at him (like youre the cat that got the cheese) forces him to rethink his tactics ,he will think your a nutter and leave you alone in fear. 'Or he will think you know something he doesnt.
Little stories in the lunch room of how you and your mates have done up some fukker who thought he was tough boy etc etc .

Things that simply have him wondering, which is less dangerous for him than using that brain of his..
