I think Debra is going to find out about Dex... In that last episode, she went looking into her Fathers file re: His CI Lover... However that file was destroyed because it contained all the info on Dexter..

Obviously they wouldn't open that story thread without intending on taking it somewhere... But it's not really all going to come to a head in next weeks final episode... So I think the next Season will have Deb trying to work out stuff, and maybe eventually finding out through some piece of undestroyed evidence, that her fathers CI was the mother of Dexter and the Ice truck Killer...


There are couple of books which Dexter was based off that my girlfriend has read... I told her i'll go Dexter on her if she tells me any information about it and ruins the show for me..

The only thing she slipped out was back in one of the old episodes where Rita's boy was getting pissed off about the dog next door, he goes "I just want it to shut-up".. And that is what Dexter said before he killed the Dog when he was a kid... And she said that in the books Rita's kid may show signs of being evil like Dexter..... But they havn't shown absolutely anything at all along that path apart from that one line from the first season I think it was... And I think it would be a little to sadistic to have the kid turning into a killer...
