Really?,I hate freaking peas. You doing the basic mash or are you doing the mignon overlay as well.
How can you not like peas Yeah I'm just doing the basic mash for now, I think I might roll them in bread crumbs and bake them after the mash. Curious to see the final texture, I figure it will probably be a lot thicker than regular mashed potatoes. Probably add some Yve's sausage crumbles too.
