I can understand the prob. of trying to make 69 and end up in there weak. plus having to do 3x3 on top of it. So yea...it is a concern for me also...because we are just about exactly the same weight.

I'm walking around 158-159lb ...dead center of 69-75kg.
Yeah, sounds like we're pretty similar. Daily I'm 158 and a half I think.

75 isn't a nice proposition for me really. If I enter any comps at 75 one of my best mates is there and being from the same county he'd be my first fight. That'd be pretty horrible, we train together and we only ever fight on the PS!

I have the exact same problem, too light for 75 but too heavy for 69, I need to shed muscle to get down to that weight. But I really don't want to be fighting at 75, kind of frustrating.

Ive got a heavy weight with the same problem,he's been working out to much and got his weight up to 235,but he moves better at 220. His next workout, instead of going over tape the way we normally do we're going to have to sit down and figure how to tweek his diet and exercise routine. He's all muscle, but its too much slow twitch muscle.
