what just happened is...the video you tried to link had the 'embedding disabled' function activated at youtube. If it says that it won't show up here. People do it for this reason...which does kinda suck...cuz they don't want to share the traffic.

In the first part of video, he's countering his opponent's swings with the same arm that he's using to block with. It's interesting to note its economy of movement and the advantage of the inside position.

Similarly from the inside position it's possible to shift with an opponent which allows you to attack and defend simultaneously. Say for instance when you're at close range, your opponent leads with a left hook to your body, while your is arm bent at about 90 degrees you hook to their body, inside of their blow thereby nullifying their hook in the process. There are many wonderful counters that you can devise that works in a similar way.
If you hear a voice within you saying that I am not a painter, then by all means paint and that voice will be silenced.

simular to the way I do it, not a bad demonstration. He is going down the right road. One criticism are the feet no being right the head is moving a bit to much through balance.

considering all the crap on the net it's refreshing to see someone who actually makes some sense. I thought it pretty good. He challenged the kid and made him do it the way he wanted it done.
