Not even close mate in roughly 100 days, at least 500,000 people were killed. Most estimates indicate a death toll between 800,000 and 1,000,000

That's over 200,000 in a month most hacked to death with blunt machetes

and no one did anything, this was in 1994 I remember seeing this film and thinking at least this has been exposed and could never happen again, that's just wishful thinking

Sudan: Started in 2003 the United Nations estimates that the conflict has left as many as 500,000 dead

Congo: Bit more complicated this one but the war in Congo is the world's deadliest conflict since World War II, killing 5.4 million people started in 1998
