And at ODLH's more comfortable weight aswell, so that works both ways when was the last time ODLH fought at Welterweight ? Mayweather is the best mouth. If he were to be ranked again he'll' be lucky to make the top 10, because he would rather fight Hatton again than Pacquiao.

JMM will drop off the top ten because he'll loose to Diaz. JMM is headed downhill and will continue to loose the longer he says. He has to beat Campbell before you can say he's #1 in the division.
