Because you didn't type a couple words.

    Fights not confirmed btw.
Nope, your right, fight probably wont be confirmed until tommorrow. And thats if it even happens. I thought it looked like a good matchup. Mora has the better record, but has been sitting on the shelf,Hector is ready to roll. Neither of them are knockout punchers,so it should be a full and true war.
Ive been looking at both their records, and wouldnt take a guess on who wins, thus starting the thread

Based solely on their records, I'd pick Mora. But seeing as I have no knowledge of either fighter, my opinion = dirt.

Naw not dirt at all,the thing that makes it interesting is how long Mora has been sitting on the shelf. If you just went record,Id go Mora too. But he's been on the shelf for allmost a year, and Alatorre hasnt, both of these kids were supposed to be hot S once upon a time, whoever wins probably gets his career back on track.
If they get everything tucked up tommorrow,Saturday should be big fun

I'm going with Alatorre. He was Carlos Hernandez comeback opponent. Gave a decent effort. Showed more heart than Mora ever has

    You think?
Man, I was leaning towards Mora
Regardless,I wish I could fly out for this one, hopefully this gets fully booked tommorrow,it should be a damned good fight.
I could give Alatorre the ring rust factor, because this will be Mora's first fight in damned nigh a year, your giving him the heart factor.
Saturday should be big fun if this goes down, because theyre both taking it last minute,so neither one of them has been training for the other.

Is Alatorry the guy that wore spongbob shorts?
He at least looked competitive against Hernandez. Mora got destroyed against Bailey last outing, I don't think he'll ever be the same. I can see
why they'd put Mora in with him, he has a great chin, but not much power so Mora can safely get in some rounds. Going with Alatorry UD. Are they talking about this being in Colorado?

Mr Mora owes me $500 and an apology written in his own blood. His reputation blew this fight, and hurt my reputation. I had it signed sealed and delivered. And now Ive got to hustle my ass off just to make up for this falling apart.
And I know we arent supposed to talk about business business where the punters can see it,but that SOB has made me have a very bad day.
    Screw Mora

Easy,I put the damned fight together, more or less at the last second, and Mora's s reputation for backing out of fights cost me the fight.
And ignoring the money I lost for a full day of work,it would have been a good fight.
Plus Im on the hook for a bunch of favors now, something jackass fighters dont realize, just to get them the damned fight is like pulling teeth, now I owe a bunch of people.
And on top of that,I was only doing the leg work as a favor anyway
This has not been a banner day for me,I managed to salvage something out of it,but Im still not doing a happy jig.

Who cares? The guy is in his 30's and has not had 1 meaningful fight in his career...He lost his last 2 by KO and even if he did make this fight happen and won he would be nowhere further then he is now except about $1500 richer..

C'Mon TM I can not believe you are actually posting bout this unless you have personal interest in it and if that is so this is a pitiful way of gaining some exposure

If I hadnt had an interest,I would have watched it anyway,as a fan, both guys have a good work rate, both of them have good chins, and neither of them is known for a big knockout punch,so it probably would have gone the full distance

Somewhere Anthony Mora is thinking, how the hell did this dude find me on myspace? And who is Alatorry and does he have a first name?

What Anthony Mora should be thinking,is why wont they use me? Especially if that was the cheapest of the fights offered to the casino, which it was.
If somebody is willing to drop thousands of dollars, not to deal with you,you are not having a good day.
And Im glad Anthony is not having a good day, because if he had shown up for the last two times he was booked,I wouldnt be scrabbling to pay back favors right now.
I blew an entire day trying to even get him a damned opponent, and I spent another day trying to make it up to the people who helped me dig one up last second.
And as of right now,I havent seen sou one off of any of this
To paraphrase my feelings you could start with pissed, and work from there. Mr Mora had better concentrate on some record building club fights, to rebuild his reputation, because right now its S warmed over, because nobody trusts that if they book him,he'll even show the hell up.
And to really annoy me,I was looking forward to him and Hector fighting, because I really wasnt sure who'd win. Those are the type of fights I like having my name anywhere near. Everybody knows when its a record padding tomato can fight,I try to avoid being anywhere near those. This one would have been a damned fine war.
Its all on Mora,he wants to prove he's still viable,he's going to have to rebuild his reputation, ground up. Because if I cant get this one booked,as little as I was looking to make off it,his reputation is just left of Courtney Love
