Guys like John Conteh, Nigel Benn, Chris Eubank, Lloyd Honeyghan, Naseem Hamed, deserve a mention aswell.

No Hatton(I have read it about 10 times to make sure)
No Hatton what ? you honestly think Ricky Hatton is in some of those great British legends leagues ? you need to learn up about some of those fighters. You will be very impressed, some people are forgetting there history here, Ricky Hatton is a good fighter with a few good wins under his belt. But he needs to get a few big wins before i even mention him amongst those legends.
Of your main top 10 list Hatton was at least as good as Buchanan and has done more than Turpin even though his carrer is not over yet. Also its hard to judge the older boxers against todays fighters.

As for Conteh,Benn and Eubank give me a brake.

They were all well loved exciting British boxers but were never in the p4p top ten or even that close.
Eubank admited at the time there were boxers around that he would not fight because they were to good for him.

I think you must have missed Hatton out just to try and be controvercial and a bit different.
