Oh like Charlie would ever show the guts and motivation to do that,he'd just make a video about how he was going to do it,and maybe buy a burrito from the place.

He is a total dirtbag. I guarantee he'll end up in the joint for slapping a chick or robbing a variety store or something. He's too stupid to stay out of trouble. Only a matter of time....
