You really dont see Torres talked about in a big way alot but from what Ive seen he was a superb fighter.RIP to yet another fallen great.

Nice guy...Met him a few times.....Fight cards, HOF weekends etc....Never really talked with him in depth but did ask him once about how he felt on the boxer union issue....

Guy always had a smile on...Gentleman...tough fighter in the ring

We certainly lost a beloved champion here in Puerto Rico. A great champ, and a classy individual who was loved by all who knew him. He will most definitely be missed. Reps to all who've posted.

Great footage there Daxx,thanks chief.The man transcended the sport...no doubt.Wow...what he did to Bobo Olson was just brutal but Torres the man sounds like a class act and gave alot to the sport.
