The one thing I kind of liked about Golota is that he get himself DQd or seem to quit, and he never really looked bothered by what people said about him and never really showed ant reaction to anything. Even his last fight, he f@cked up his arm and he just kept looking at it, never really grimaced or anything but it mustve hurt like hell.

In the Tyson fight it was actually a good thing he quit...He quit because he did not feel right....After the bout he went to the hospital and there was swelling on th brain...He basically had a concussion without losing consciousness....The reports stated another hard shot could have killed him....

Lou Duva who was irate with Golota during the bout for quitting actually made a public apology to him for doubting his heart and for trying to make him fight when he stated there was something wrong with him/......

So aside from any personal opinions as a fighter that one thing is something that can not be held against him...

As for my opinion of Golota....He was a big strong HW with better then average skills and decent chin who could have held a version of the title but seemed unable to compose himself during stressful times in the ring...causing big mistakes
I remember that. Tyson hit him in the top of the head and Golota's legs seemed to turn into Jello. I didn't know he had a concussion. I do remember him stuttering about having heavy thoughts.
i remember hearing that in those 4 rnds against Tyson, Golota ended up with a couple broken ribs

He for certain never had broken ribs and he only went 2 rounds with Mike Tyson not 4 rounds.
