eat good food, regularly. well-balanced meals covering all the food groups, and stay away from processed or junk food. I wouldn't worry about supplements so much...especially if you want to lose weight.
If boxing is your goal, the first thing keeping you from doing it...is the last excuse you use. In this case you are using an excuse of wanting to be in shape first. This has kept many from ever showing up. Before long there will be another excuse...
So the short of this message is...do you want to box? Truly want it? If so, you'll get your ass to a gym and start learning...and the conditioning and everything else will sort itself out in due time. And you'll be learning in the process.
