Guess he really is dumb.

    Manny Pacquaio
    You're dumb ass!

Tell me why the basic premise has being set for Pacquiao / Margarito? Pacquiao is keen on watching Margrito / Mosley fight. Don't come up with some lame dumb as answer either.

Hatton's draw numbers are down against other fighters and no way he could even hope to generate the kind of money a Pacquiao / Hatton fight can. Even a rematch with Mayweather would come up way short. A place Hatton can make good money is in the UK with live tickets and it's gotta be with one of the alaphbets cause IBO ain't gonna get him anything. The only thing you write that make sence is about Hatton fans.

Marquez ain't going up to 140 to fight Hatton because he'd get his ass knocked out and knows it. It would tank his career again. I wouldn't even watch it and I'd only look at the highlights after the fight on youtube. Most people don't even know the fighter names you have listed not only that they are all in the lightweight and superfeather weight class, not the jr welterweight and welterweight class.
What I'm saying is he can't say he decided to fight the best in this instance.
Hatton is the best? There are many talented options out there for Pacquiao. As mentioned earlier: Margarito, Cotto, Campbell, Diaz, Marquez etc.

It is a bad decision not to fight Hatton because the Hatton fight is more financially lucrative. That said, Pacquiao isn't afraid of fighting the best or really anyone for that matter.

Why don't they have something like a 70 -30 split with the winner taking 70%. Its seems silly that they decide the split before the fight.

Why do they do this in boxing?
