He didn't sign Hatton's contract, I don't see Hatton signing 60/40... Besides I think Arum plays a huge part in this, same with Roach. Hatton is not just a strap holder though, he is the legitimate undisputed lineal champ at 140 and has been since beating Tszyu. The title that matters that is on the line is the Ring Magazine 140 lb title, not just a strap. They are not fighting for the #1 p4p spot, because IF Hatton would win he would not necessarily become #1 p4p although the argument could be made for it.
